Here at Weeaboo Warehouse we try our hardest to make every order either online or at a convention go as smoothly as possible. If for any reason you have an issue with how you order was handled or the contents of your order please contact us and let us know by following this link.

Your privacy and safety is our main concern for us and we will never knowingly pass on any of your information to any third-party company. If we gather any data, such as email address', they will only be used by our company.
We use third-party banking to verify your payment to make sure that we keep ourselves safe and, most of all, our customers safe.

Regarding privacy, if your order an item from us marked as 18+ or 'Adult Figurine' your privacy will be held in the highest regard. We package all items in a plain box and place the invoice inside of the box as to hide the nature of the package.
